These terms apply to orders placed with Melbourne Lavash. Please read them before ordering.

Ordering and bake days

We bake in scheduled batches. When you place an order you are reserving lavash from a specific bake day. Orders can be placed until that batch reaches its cutoff or its capacity, whichever comes first.

Pricing and GST

Prices are in Australian dollars. Plain lavash bread is GST-free. Any taxable items are priced GST-inclusive, and GST is shown on your order where it applies.

Payment

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store your full card details. For eligible orders, cash on collection may be offered at checkout.

Cancellations and changes

Because everything is baked fresh to order, please contact us as early as possible, and at least before the batch cutoff to change or cancel an order. After the cutoff we have usually begun planning the bake and may not be able to make changes.

Collection and delivery

For pickup orders, please collect during the stated window. For delivery orders, please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the delivery window. We are not responsible for product left unrefrigerated after a successful delivery.

Allergens

Our lavash contains gluten (wheat) and is made in a kitchen that also handles sesame and tree nuts. If you have a serious allergy, please contact us before ordering.
