Do you have nut-free or sesame-free options?
Our lavash recipe contains no nuts or sesame.
Where can I find allergen information for each product?
Every product page lists its ingredients and a plain English allergen summary in the PEAL format, with allergens shown in bold.
Is your lavash dairy free and egg free?
Yes. Our plain lavash contains no dairy and no egg, only wheat flour, water and salt.
I have a severe allergy. Can I still order?
Please get in touch before ordering, so we want to make sure you have all the information for your situation.
Do you add any preservatives or improvers?
No. There are no preservatives, improvers or additives in our lavash, which is also why it is best enjoyed fresh or frozen.
Delivery & Pickup
Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup is from our kitchen at 63 Harrington Drive Narre Warren South 3805, during the collection window shown for your bake day. We will email you when your order is ready.
Do you deliver, and where?
Yes, we deliver across metro Melbourne on delivery bake days. Enter your address at checkout to confirm we reach you for that bake.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat $9.90 across metro Melbourne, and it is free for orders of $80 or more. Any delivery fee is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
When will my delivery arrive?
Deliveries go out on bake day within the delivery window shown for that batch. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order during the window.
What if I miss my pickup window?
Please contact us as soon as you can. Because lavash is freshly baked, we will do our best to help, but we cannot always hold orders beyond the collection window.
Can someone else collect my order?
Absolutely. Just have them quote your order number at pickup.
What are interstate collection events?
From time to time we visit other cities for pop-up collection events. You pre-order our frozen lavash, we bring it to the event, and you collect it there. Watch our bake days page and newsletter for dates.
Do you ship lavash in the post?
We do not post fresh lavash. For interstate customers, our frozen pack at scheduled collection events is the best way to get the real thing.
Ordering
How does ordering work?
We bake in scheduled batches called bake days. Browse the current bake, add lavash to your cart, and reserve your order any time before the batch cutoff. On bake day we make everything fresh, then you collect it or we deliver it.
What is a bake day?
A bake day is a single scheduled bake. Instead of baking to a shelf, we open pre-orders for a date, take reservations until the cutoff, and bake exactly what has been ordered. It is how we keep every sheet fresh.
When is the cutoff for an order?
Each bake day has its own cutoff date, shown on the product and checkout pages. Order any time before the cutoff (or before the batch sells out) to secure your lavash for that bake.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders, reorder quickly and save your details for next time.
How do I pay?
We accept secure card payments via Stripe. For some bake days, cash on collection may also be available. You will see it as an option at checkout when it applies.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it is before the batch cutoff. Contact us as early as possible and we will sort it out. After the cutoff we have usually started planning the bake, so changes may not be possible.
Will I get a confirmation?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email straight away, and further emails as your order moves to baking and then ready for pickup or out for delivery.
What does “almost full” mean on a bake day?
Each bake day has a limited capacity. When only a few spots remain we flag it as almost full so you know to order soon. Once a batch reaches capacity, ordering closes for that bake.
Products & Storage
What is Armenian lavash?
Lavash is a thin, soft Armenian flatbread made from flour, water and salt. It is one of the oldest breads still baked today and was inscribed on the UNESCO list of Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2014. It is wonderfully versatile, wrap it, tear it, or share it.
What is in your lavash?
Just three ingredients: Australian wheat flour, water and salt. No preservatives, no additives.
How long does fresh lavash last?
Fresh lavash is best within 2–3 days. Keep it sealed at room temperature or in the fridge. If it firms up, it is not stale, a little water and gentle heat brings it right back.
How do I reheat or refresh lavash?
Sprinkle the sheet lightly with water, then warm it in a dry pan for 20–30 seconds a side or in a low oven wrapped in foil. Cover with a tea towel for a minute so the steam softens it through.
Can I freeze lavash?
Yes. Lavash freezes beautifully. Freeze it flat in a sealed bag on the day you receive it. Thaw what you need at room temperature for about 20 minutes, then refresh with a little water and heat. Avoid refreezing thawed sheets.
What is the difference between the fresh and frozen packs?
Both are baked the same way. The fresh pack is for using over the next few days; the frozen pack is snap frozen on bake day so you can keep it on hand and revive it whenever you like.
What can I make with lavash?
Plenty. Use it for wraps, quick lavash pizzas, crispy cheese rolls (beoreg), sharing platters, and as the classic wrap for grilled meats. It is also the traditional partner for khash.
How big is a sheet of lavash?
Our sheets are large, thin and rectangular, generous enough to wrap a hearty filling or tear and share around the table. Pack sizes (number of sheets) are listed on each product.
