Our frozen pack is the modern version of that wisdom: baked fresh, then snap frozen the same day so the flavour and softness are sealed in. Keep a stack in the freezer and you are always minutes away from warm, pliable lavash. It is also our pack of choice for interstate collection events, where it travels beautifully.

Serving suggestions

Thaw at room temperature for about 20 minutes, then warm briefly in a dry pan. Ideal for wraps, cheese rolls and quick lavash pizzas.

Storage

Keep frozen at or below -18°C until needed. Thaw what you need; avoid refreezing. Once thawed, use within 2 days and refresh with a little water and gentle heat.
